Counselling from someone who has lived the life.

As a former professional dancer with West Australian Ballet and Les Grands Ballets Canadiens de Montréal, Meg brings a rare depth of understanding to her counselling practice. She knows what it means to pour your identity into a discipline — and what happens when that changes.

Working from a trauma-informed and person-centred lens, Meg supports clients across all ages and stages — from elite performers to recreational movers — with warmth, honesty, and genuine expertise.
